I started this Tuesday as usual. I washed the bed clothes and vacumed the house then spoiled dog and I go walk a mile. When I got back home it was nearly time for the call so I went in and got ready for it. As I was listening to everyone talk something told me to call the gentleman who has my first WCM , not boot camp,.
After the call I was finally able to reach him for the first time in 2 weeks. He didn't answer the phone or e mails. We talked and he said he had just been to busy to really get after contacts. He runs a Nursing Home out of his house, so I ask him about the American Express Gift cards. After he realized what this could mean to him you could hear the bells start ringing.
He said he had over 70 people lined up to talk to just as soon as things slowed up.
The Chamber of Commerce had a Christmas bazar today, it's not to big but it had 10 vendors from out of town. I made the rounds and got eight positive leads and two NO.While I was there one of my earlier contacts came in and wanted to know more about the WCM. We talked and she seemed real interested in it, and said her daughter was looking also.
I was about ready to throw the towel in also but today helped boost my enegry.
One of the people who took my info said he wasn't a computer person but his son was. He thought this might be just the thing for him. His son is deaf but with the new gadgets out here he thought he could make it work.
Looking forward to meeting him.
Got my cards ready to mail. Love and appreciate these young women and men.
